Studio 28

Welcome to where healing begins

Nestled within a designated conservation area on the historic site of the old Rauceby Hospital, Solstices' Studio 28 is a sanctuary lovingly crafted with deep intention and soul. Located in the peaceful outskirts of Sleaford, this unique space offers a rare sense of stillness and calm, a true retreat from the noise of daily life.

I created Studio 28 entirely by hand, honouring both spirit, and everyone who walks through its door. Inspired by years of travel across Asia and a lifelong reverence for its cultures, the studio blends serene aesthetics with soulful purpose. Every element,  from the gentle trickle of water and the subtle aroma of Himalayan scents, to the soft throws, textured cushions, and tranquil meditation music,  is designed to help you feel grounded, nurtured, and energetically held.

Clients often speak of the studio’s palpable energy,  a sacred, soothing quality that wraps around you the moment you enter. This is a space where you’re invited to simply be: to breathe, to unwind, and to reconnect with yourself.

After your appointment, you’ll be offered a warm, aromatic towel and a carefully curated selection of herbal teas to ease you gently back into the world.

As part of the studio experience, I also stock a carefully handpicked selection of spiritual and wellbeing items. From ethically sourced crystals, aromatic scents, and divination tools, to my own handmade gemstone bracelets, each piece is chosen or created with intention and care. Bracelets can be custom made from a range of beautiful gemstones aligned to your unique energy and spiritual needs, a deeply personal keepsake to support your journey.

At Solstice's' Studio 28, I  believe your visit should be more than a treatment or service,  it should be an experience.
