"Well I've been trying to find the words so others can make an informed decision but im afraid I'm struggling so bear with me. I had Chakra balancing done today and wow what an experience. Firstly Donna was very professional and thoroughly explained the process and what each chakra represents. I laid on the couch still quite tense but I was open to the experience and what an experience it was! I was so relaxed its unreal. I experienced the most powerful and serine feelings. I let go of some deep rooted trauma which was very unexpected as it's something old buried way down into my soul. Something I've had therapy for and eventually agreed it wasn't worth trying to resolve and to move on, but wow away it went in the most beautiful and peaceful way. I had visions and feelings of warmth. I saw the most beautiful blue/green colours which were explained to me after and made so much sense. I arrived this morning and was very open about the brain fog I was experiencing today however I left feeling mentally and emotionally lighter. Infact, during the balancing I felt as though I was floating, it was the weirdest thing but so beautiful. I think in life we forget to take time for ourselves and this is a perfect opportunity to do just that. it's a chance to pause, feel and let go. I knew what my next steps were supposed to be and I made some decisions that I'm very excited about. It's so hard to put into words how much benefit I got from this. So, my buzz words are: freeing, uplifting, powerful, relaxing, emotional, release.... I really am so glad I did this today and will be making sure I keep up with it because, we all need a little time don't we? I'm feeling much clearer about life as a whole, and if that can be achieved in a short session then I'm all in! I'm not saying this is a magic fix, but if you follow the emotions that pass over you during the cleanse and go with it, I promise you you'll feel a whole lot better afterwards.
