Chakra Balancing and Reiki sessions at Studio 28 offer a deeply healing experience, blending ancient energy practices with sacred intention to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected.
What to Expect
These sessions combine Reiki, a gentle hands on (or hands-above) healing technique, with focused chakra alignment to bring your energetic system back into balance. Chakras, your body’s energy centres, can become blocked or overactive due to emotional stress, physical exhaustion, or energetic overwhelm. Through intuitive energy work, breath, sound, and intention, we work to clear, activate, and realign these centres.
Each treatment is unique and led by what your energy needs most on the day. The session may include the use of crystals, sound tools, guided meditation, and intuitive messages, helping to restore flow and leave you feeling deeply grounded and uplifted.
These 1:1 chakra and Reiki sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
You’ll begin with a consultation to explore how you're feeling and what you're seeking from the session. Whether you're holding onto past emotions, feeling disconnected, or simply in need of energetic realignment, you’ll be held in a safe and sacred space throughout.
After your treatment, you’ll be offered a refreshing hot towel, a choice of herbal teas, and time to reflect or ask questions. This is more than a healing, it’s an experience

You’ll lie comfortably in the calming sanctuary of the studio, surrounded by soft lighting, Himalayan scents, and the tranquil sounds of healing music, a deeply restorative experience for body and soul.

Meditation Session
Enjoy a peaceful, one on one meditation experience in the calming spiritual space at Studio 28.
In this hour long session, you’ll be guided through calming techniques designed to reduce stress, enhance mindfulness, and deepen your inner awareness.
Perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike, each session supports your journey toward clarity, balance, and relaxation.

Studio Hire
Hire the serene and calming space at Studio 28 for your personal meditation practice.
