Hi, I'm Donna. 

I created Soulstice as a sacred space for healing, connection, and spiritual growth.

My journey with spirit began in early childhood (pre school age so my mum tells me!), though I didn’t fully understand it at the time. Like many sensitives, I spent years feeling different, misunderstood and unsure of how to make sense of what I was experiencing. Over time, what once felt like a burden became something I recognised as a gift. I discovered that I am a bonded psychic medium.

Before Soulstice came into being, I served 20 years in the military..a path rooted in discipline, service, and structure. This isn’t the direction I ever imagined my life would take, but spirit has a way of guiding us exactly where we’re meant to be. What I once thought were two very different worlds, service and sensitivity, have in fact become beautifully interconnected. The strength, resilience, and empathy I developed during my military career now form the foundation of how I hold space for others. Soulstice was born from this balance: grounded in real life experience, guided by spirit, and led with heart.

As an empath, I feel the emotions and energy of others deeply. This sensitivity allows me to connect intuitively and hold space with compassion and presence. Through lived experiences (some full of light, others marked by shadow), I developed and strengthened my intuitive abilities, particularly clairsentience (clear feeling). Spirit speaks to me through emotion, sensation, and subtle shifts in energy. Goosebumps, a sudden wave of feeling, or a quiet inner knowing, these are the whispers of spirit that guide my work. 

During meditation, I also receive visual messages with my eyes closed. I often see imagery in black & white or sepia tones.  At times, these visuals come through as short black and white video clips, sometimes accompanied by sound, resembling old fashioned cinematography. These moments feel like glimpses into a deeper narrative, spirit's way of communicating impressions and moving images that carry meaning, guidance, or validation from spirit.

Today, I feel deeply honoured to help others awaken to their own inner wisdom and spiritual potential. 

At Soulstice, I offer a range of holistic and intuitive services, including:
mediumship readings, energy healing, chakra balancing, crystal grid work, meditation, spiritual development workshops, and coming soon..Reiki. I am fully insured, and your safety and comfort are always my priority.
